TRUCE was formally registered as a juristic entity in April 2003 in Islamabad with the Joint Sub-Registrar Islamabad under the Trust Act 1882 (Registration No 1214). In April 2005, the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) conferred TRUCE with NPO certification award (PCP-2005/0029) after satisfying itself against stringent compliance parameters. The organization is re-evaluated every three years.

The Yasmin Mahmud Mother and Child Healthcare Center was established in December 2009 to address the high incidence of preventable disease and alarming rates of maternal and infant mortality among the target community.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE
The Vocational Training Institute, under the auspices of the Punjab Vocational Training Council * was initially established at Khan Bela
INDUSTRIAL HOME
The Industrial Home was set up as a platform to allow the local village women, and the wider community, to realize sustainable economic empowerment.
